How to BE in Worst-Case Scenarios

Your Soul Guidance - Saskia Roell

It’s Saskia here, and today I’d like to inspire you with how to BE in worst-case scenarios. Lately I’ve heard so many clients tell me that it’s been tough.

Have the last few months been intense for you, too?

Looking back at my life, I’ve (physically, emotionally and spiritually) traveled to the most exquisite and beautiful places on earth, but also journeyed through the most barren landscapes where there aren’t any places to escape, hide, or get out.

What became clear to me was that even though you want to run and get out fast when you find yourself in desolate places like this, you have the opportunity to learn how to BE in the experience and access new levels of compassion, trust, and surrender that you didn’t know were possible.

In those moments you experience that your power comes from within by being awake in the present moment and NOT by identifying with the story around it or identifying with blame or victimhood.

Often these challenging times are accompanied with deep spiritual growth and transformation because you discover a whole new sense of who you are.

On Transformation Talk Radio, I interviewed Navjit Kandola about “How to Be in Worst-Case Scenarios.” The interview link is on the bottom of this letter.

We talked about when you’re going through a very difficult time in your life, especially if you don’t know how long it’s going to take, there’s a moment when you have to decide within yourself who you are going to be throughout the experience.

We never know when life throws us a curve ball. Therefore, we have to find ways to stand strong in our wholeness and not shrink our essence when challenges come up.

No matter what the circumstances are—divorce, illness, loss, or something else—you cannot crumble and shrink. You have to say no to that.

Our sense of wholeness is always there.

Navjit shared that you have to decide you are going to use your consciousness to navigate through the situation and that you will be fine.

What she meant by ‘fine’ is that you will be whole in yourself through everything that happens to you, even if you go through the experiences of injury, divorce, or serious illness. Whatever it is, please say to yourself that you will be fine.

I’ve experienced that in every landscape there’s a well of wisdom you can get guidance and nourishment from. Never forget that!

Tune in for a moment and ask yourself what landscape you’re in and make sure you find the well of wisdom and fill yourself up until you feel your beautiful wholeness radiate in full. No matter what landscape you’re in.

Let the fearful thoughts dissolve by not believing them, extend love to your thoughts and be in your wholeness. That’s who you are.

Our life is a journey of self-discovery. And you might have read the Monday Soul Guidance Cards for this week: be present, stay in the now and ask the Winged Ones for help. Your prayers will be answered!

I’ve love to invite you to tune in each Wednesday to the Transformation Talk Radio Show, at 9.00 EST AM “Your Soul Guidance with Saskia,” to listen to amazing guests talk about subjects that nourish your Soul.
